During this ceremony, Mander Jones Award recipients will be announced. In 1996, the Australian Society of Archivists introduced this award for publications in the field of archives and recordkeeping to honour Phyllis Mander Jones who, amongst other contributions to the profession, authored Manuscripts in the British Isles relating to Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, in 1972.
