Due to limited power points and the need to keep walkways clear, attendees are advised to bring their own power banks to charge their device. Attendees can also save battery life by avoiding streaming the sessions if they are onsite.

Yes, the conference app will be made available to delegates before the conference. Please see The Conference App section of these FAQs for more information. You can also ask a volunteer for help during the conference. Volunteers will also be available to assist during the conference.

The program can be accessed via the conference website. You can also view the agenda via the Remote Attendee Portal and the conference app. Printed programs are kept to a minimum for waste reduction reasons. A program overview can be found at the registration desk. A limited number of printed programs are available at the registration desk.

You can change your mode of attendance from in-person to virtual, or vice versa, up to 1 week before the conference. To do so, please contact us.

Delegates will have access to on-demand recorded sessions via the online conference portal from 5 November 2024. They can be viewed for up to 12 months.

You can book for Tours and Workshops through your conference registration. To add them afterwards please log back in with the link in your confirmation email. If you need assistance please contact us.

Select your Profile Icon in the top right hand of the screen and select My Settings. Scroll down to Privacy where you will find a number of privacy options. You will also see there is an option to display either your whole name or your first name and the initial of your surname.
