I'm attending in-person:
The AGM is being held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on 4 September 2023 at 2:40 pm for a 3:00 pm sharp in AFL Dining Room.
Enter via Gate 6A.
As per MCG conditions of entry, MCG Security will be conducting a bag search before entry, each day for harmful items (eg. weapons). You will be able to bring your luggage with you if required. Your name will be on an MCG Security list at the base of Gate 6A. Please allow extra time for this.
The Registration Desk will be open from 2:20 pm in the AFL Dining Room.
No food or beverages will be served during the AGM or the Mander Jones Awards Ceremony.

The Mander Jones Awards Ceremony is being held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on 4 September 2023 at 4:30 pm in AFL Dining Room, immediately following the AGM.

The information desk will be open from 8.15am in the AFL Dining Room. Please ensure you have the Events Air app downloaded onto your device, as this will be used for check-in via a QR code.

The virtual AGM will be held on 4 September 2023 via the Remote Attendee Portal.
You will receive an email from EventsAir containing your personalised link to enter the Remote Attendee Portal and a download link for the app (and access code) on Thursday 24 August 2023. This email will be sent to the email address you used when registering for the conference.
If you do not receive this email you can use this link to access the Remote Attendee Portal. Your login details are the email and password you set when registering for the conference. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the forgotten password link on the login screen.
