Yes, the conference app will be made available to delegates before the conference. Please see "The Conference App" FAQs for more information. You can also ask a volunteer for help during the conference.

The program can be accessed through the conference app, and printed programs are kept to a minimum for waste reduction reasons. A program overview can be found at the conference rooms and the registration desk. Further, a limited number or printed programs are available at the registration desk.

You can change your mode of attendance from in-person to virtual, or vice versa, up to 1 week before the conference. To do so, please contact us.

Virtual delegates will have next day-access to on-demand recorded sessions via the online conference portal. They can be viewed for up to 12 months. In-person delegates will have Access to on-demand recorded sessions from 31 October via the online conference portal. They can be viewed for up to 12 months.

Virtual delegates can still enjoy a fantastic conference experience via the EventsAIR OnAIR conference platform. 

One of the reasons EventsAIR was chosen is that it provides a far richer virtual conference experience than video conference tools such as Zoom. In addition to viewing presentations live, virtual delegates will be able to connect with individual attendees and speakers, visit break out rooms, contribute to session discussion and more. 

Virtual delegates will also have early access to recorded presentations which will be available for 12 months after the event – a great opportunity if you can’t decide between the parallel sessions.

Meeting Hub

Search for other attendees, request connections, and engage with voice calls, video calls, text messages chats and scheduled video meeting. 

Meeting Hub also includes a scan function where connections can be made at live events using the devices camera to scan bar and QR codes from another attendee. They can display a QR code to be scanned as well. 

Contact QR Code

Displays a QR Code specific to you (the attendee) which can be used to gain access to sessions, ticketed events, and more. 

• Email or call your new contact directly from the Contact Exchange window 
• Directly message from within the Contact Exchange window 
• Enter notes about your new contact 
• Export your list of contacts with a direct email sent to yourself or any other party you designate
