ACT Craft and Design Centre is located in the city, the ACT Craft and Design centre is a non-profit organisation that promotes contemporary craft with a program of exhibitions, and events and a retail space supporting local artists, makers and designers.

Photo Access is located in Manuka, Photo access is a non-profit centre for contemporary photography, film and video and media arts with a bi monthly exhibition program and darkroom and library

Australian National Capital Artists Inc is located in Dickson, ANCA is an artist-run-initiative that provides professional studio space to artists and a gallery that presents a program of art exhibitions and events.

M16 Artspace is located in Griffith, M16 Artspace houses 29 artist studios and five arts organisations and presents exhibitions from emerging and established artists and curators from Canberra, interstate and overseas in 3 gallery spaces.

Beaver Galleries is located in Deakin, Beaver Galleries is Canberra’s largest and longest-established privately owned commercial art gallery, that exhibits and promotes the work of renowned and emerging contemporary Australian artists.

ANU School of Art & Design Gallery is located in Acton, two public exhibition spaces draw on the ANU Art School’s academic research across studio-based disciplines and the Centre for Art History and Art Theory. The spaces present a diverse annual calendar of exhibitions, public programs and publications.

Canberra Glassworks is located in Kingston, Canberra Glassworks provides opportunities for visitors to interact with and learn about glass making and the heritage of Canberra’s Kingston Power House. Visitors can meet artists, see glassmaking, view exhibitions, take tours and have a hands-on experience working with glass.

Megalo Print Studio and Gallery is located in Kingston, Megalo is a member-based arts organisation that promotes, presents and practices printmaking with a gallery program showcasing contemporary prints and sells a range of printmaking materials including inks, paper and tools, books, prints and merchandise through its shop.

Watson Arts Centre is located in Watson, the Art centre is the home of the Canberra Potters Association offering teaching workshops, a spacious gallery and retail shop for the work of a selected group of members.

Drill Hall Gallery is located on the ANU campus in Acton, the Drill Hall Gallery showcases the Australian National University’s own art collection and hosts temporary exhibitions of Australia’s leading contemporary artists, curators and collectors.
